Biography:

Dr. Christina Fawcett is a monster theorist with a Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow. She teaches courses in Science Fiction, Fantasy, Fairy Tales and Horror. Her passion for the monster has led her to examine villainous and monstrous spaces in video games, particularly how ludics impact emotional response and character articulation. She works in genre fiction and new media.
